段五郎接到了研究所所长小岛博士的紧急电话，告知他刚收到一个威胁电话，要求交出一份绝密文件，不然就要他的命。面对这种情况，小岛博士感到无比恐慌，只好向段五郎求助，请他晚上8点钟来到他家详谈。

当晚8时，段五郎准时赶到小岛家门口按铃，但房间里却没有回应。他注意到灯光依旧亮着，便试着推开门，却发现房门微微打开。他犹豫了一下，但由于屋内灯光照明，他决定进去查看情况。一走进屋内，只见小岛博士昏倒在沙发下，那边还有一块散发着药味的手帕。

这时，小岛博士缓缓睁开了朦胧的双眼，用手摸了摸衣袋里的东西，惊叫起来：“完蛋了！那份绝密文件不翼而飞！”segment5, he asked: “Who are they? When did this happen?”

The doctor looked at his watch and said, “It must have been about 30 minutes ago. I was watching TV and eating an apple when I heard the doorbell ring. I thought it was you coming over. But instead, two men with guns appeared out of nowhere and demanded that document from me. I pretended not to know what they were talking about, so they quickly covered my mouth and nose with a handkerchief before everything went dark.”

Sure enough, there was half-eaten apple next to the TV set with its power turned off.

Segment5 looked down at the apple in his hand and then glanced at Dr. Island before saying coldly: “Dr. Island, you're the one who sold yourself out!”

Dr. Island's face turned pale as he denied any involvement in such a scheme.

“Don't play dumb now,” Segment5 continued sternly while tossing something onto Dr.Island's lap.

The object landed on Dr.Island's lap without making any noise.

Segment5 concluded by saying: "I've got your secrets now."
